If you dont mind the drive try wiedners in Johnson city. They also do mail order.

dang it doesnt look like they are going to stream it.

Would the amendment allow carry in local parks by default and local goverment would have to vote and/or post against it or does it leave it against the law by default and local goverments would have to vote and/or post to allow it?
That is my take on it. The state will allow it but localities may voe to post their property. But they got hung up on who has the say if the property is jointly operated.
I am going to watch another judiciary committee meeting here in a few minutes to see if:
HB1395 by *Evans. (SB1724 by *Bunch.)
Firearms and Ammunition - As introduced, prohibits employers from prohibiting persons possessing a handgun carry permit from transporting and storing a firearm out of sight in a locked vehicle on any property set aside for vehicles. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
Passes.
-
that would be awesome if this goes through. no more having to load and unload mags for range trips.
My understanding is that you would be able to carry a long gun in a vehicle loaded. Not just mags.
-
that has been all for today. I figured I would just keep updating being I am bored enough to watch it while laid off.
