    I'm looking at picking one up as my new ccw, and was just wondering if anyone here carried one IWB. How comfortable is it... is it too thick? Also, i'd love to buy from a local brick and mortar, but just can't justify the high price when i could get it online for much less. Does anyone have any suggestions of some good gun shops around the franklin/nashville area? Better yet does anyone have a 30sf that they'd like to get rid of? thanks guys

    Thanks for the input guys... i think i'm going to go ahead and try to snatch one of these scrap yards up today when they are released, just because they seem to be pretty hard to get. I'll test it out and let y'all know what i think about it. Marswolf, edge retention and corrosion resistance are the two big hangups that i have with S77 from what i've read (i've never actually owned an S77 blade). I guess we'll see how well she does. Thanks

    I'm willing to spend what it takes to get a good knife but after looking at the Busse family of knives scrap yard seems to be the best value for the money. they're releasing a new knife sometime tomorrow and i just wanted to see if anyone on here had any opinions on them. As far as real world use goes i'd probably only be using this knife for camping trips (splitting fire wood, etc.)

    Hey Everybody, I moved to Franklin this past July and I love it up here! I was so pumped when i found this site because i've been looking for a good gun range and dealer in the area and i'm sure y'all have tons of information about both. As for now, my daily carry piece is an EMP but i'm looking forward to my next purchase of a semi-custom 1911. I've been researching them for a long time now but have only handled a select few. If any of you have any information on which gun shop stocks the largest variety of high-end 1911s in the Nashville area, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Seth
