sorry, but you need to read the majority report.... there was an ammendment and that means there is some kind of restriction. Unless Im wrong, and I am sometimes it has the age restriction in it. And I think they voted on the majority report. Again, hope im wrong but.... either way its not the end of the world.

There was an ammendment added, I heard they were going to try and add the age restriction back in... im out of pocket... I'll find out later so I can be 100% sure. If it passed clean then thats more then I thought me could get.

the key to this legislation was the house wanted the "age-restricted venue".... as long as the senate goes along with it were good to go. This was the plan all along as far as i can tell.

it doesnt matter I doubt he will sign it, he will probably just let it sit and it will become law without his signiture.

nope Ive been doing this a long time and im just tired of all the misinformation thats out here on the web, and im not wanting people to jump to conclusions and get into trouble. I answer phone calls all day long with students thinking all these possibilities are now law and reality. I'll try and not be so negative in the future.

I honestly dont think the House will be done with it until Monday... I'd be suprised if the house moves it to a full vote today. We will know something about this time next week when the process is completly done.

what I remember is any house member can pull it off the message calender and it will be delayed yet another week. I just have an uneasy feeling about it is all... probably nothing.

we already have a 10 cent a box tax right now, I dont see any others coming along... but who knows.
