Fyi a wreck on highway 109 north in Laguardo. If you are coming from I40 up 109, take back roads around it. You can take Old Laguardo road, right turn on Double Log Cabin, left turn on academy, right turn on Bradshaw, right on Bates then right on 109. This will put you out north of the crash. The weather looks like its going to hold off (just rain) in Gallatin until 10 or so tonight, so the match is still on. Stopped by the range this morning and they have no plans to close early, so game on!

Dale, Looking forward to having a fun match Wednesday. The diagrams of the stage have the potential to be moved or arranged slightly different on site due to safety concerns. For example if shooting the left target from the right side of the barricade could cause a round to hit the wall, we may at that time reposition the target, or require all shots to be taken from one side. We will of course go through the stage descriptions and allow time for a walk through, but in short: Stage 2 the shooter will have the option of which side of the barrel to shoot from, and could even choose to shoot from both sides if desired. Slicing the pie will allow you to stay within cover, and still engage the targets in the order you see them. Stage 3 the shooter must engage the targets visible while using the door frame and wall section as cover before advancing to engage any other targets down the hallway.

Well we got the classifier out of the way, long night and thanks to everyone that made it through it! But now its time to do some moving and shooting. We will be taking shooters up until 7:45 tonight for the classifier. We will be running each competitor through the entire classifier as quick as possible. You may leave once you have shot it, but you are more than welcome to stay and help paste and score targets hint hint!

MCTS Indoors will be hosting an IDPA Classifier on February 25th. We will run 2 bays side by side so we can get everyone through. 90 round count, but bring at least 30 extra. Setup begins at 5pm Rounds down range at 6pm You do not have to be an IDPA or MCTS member to shoot the classifier, but remember if you want to shoot any Sanctioned matches this year you will need an IDPA membership and valid classification. This is the perfect opportunity to get a classifier under your belt, or make a run at a higher classification. Likely a long shot, but I had a truck do similar, and there was a sensor on the side of the transmission that the leads coming to it broke when I'm assuming a limb hit them crossing the farm. Had no idea till I crawled under and saw it while looking for leaks/obvious damage. Good luck

  Unfortunately this one was out of our hands. There isn't a whole lot that will keep us from shooting, but breaking and entering is at the top of the list...

Due to the facility closing early, we will be forced to cancel the match tonight. In order to still offer the classifier for those that need one, we have postponed it until next week.

As of now, no changes. Classifier is still scheduled to run tonight. Going to drive the area mid day, there will be an update here and Facebook if the match is cancelled.

Road and Weather Update:   Main roads thru Wilson Co and Sumner are clear, so Classifier Wednesday night is still on. Indoor Weather report says it will be a nice 68 degrees inside so come on out and get your Classifier knocked out before the Sanctioned Matches begin.   See you at the range
