According to his post, his ears were ringing.
If he is shooting supersonics his ears will likely ring still. Some people have such high expectations with suppressors that they think they're going to get subsonic .22lr performance out of any round just because there's a suppressor present.

Please stop trying to incite panic buying. You're being part of the problem. If you're in need of something, buy it. If not, let it be. That's how everyone should be right now. Nothing is going to happen in this political climate. People are up for re-election in a few months.

I wouldnt talk to those "armorers" anymore..
the 3.5 connector is the first thing Ive done to all mine, including my 26.

That's like saying you talked to an "internet guru" and they didn't know about Google.

In north Ga there are a few pawn shops that do great running specials and deals and even price match some online prices for suppressors. Has anyone had any luck with any in east Tennessee doing the same?

Well, considering that's the logical place to go shopping if you are prohibited from owning firearms, he may well be right. It's certainly where I would if I were a felon and wanted a gun or ten.

but there are no facts to back up his claim. It's one thing to speculate, it is another to state a fact. He isn't helping our side one bit by giving false narratives.

Saw this on another forum. He has gone on the record for spewing unbacked information which would seem to boost his bottom line. The last guy, Rick Uselton, that did that went out of business. Just a heads up about him to watch out for.
He claims "Gun Shows represent the largest organized illegal gun sales in the U.S."

So I have to come out and say " I'm proud to live in tennessee" a bunch of new laws passed for gun rights. One you can carry in a park now which I'm neutral on that one but the one I did find appealing was you can now get a lifetime carrying permit which goes into effect July 1st. There is one that I am glad got turned down and that was you had the right to open carry without a permit....my reason behind that is I think you should have to go to the class so you know what you can and can not do and how to handle a situation. If the law did pass there would be so many lawsuits in court it would be unreal.
I love when people like you out yourself so early in your stay. It makes it so much easier to ignore every single word out of your mouth after saying something like this. Thanks again!

Just curious about those of you that shoot on your own land how far outside of the city you're in and what setup you have. Going to be buying some land to build a house soon and I would like to be able to shoot some on my own land. From what I've been told I could be in the county but outside of Chattanooga city limits.

I paid Sig $50 to remove the ambi safety. Much less chance of an accidental disengagement in my Kydex IWB.
I replaced my ambi safety with the single side safety from a P238. With the size of my hands, the ejection side of the safety would touch the joint of my first finger when I would disengage it. It made me have to change my strong hand grip on the gun to disengage the safety. More better now ; )

Just a word of caution, if you were to accidentally put it In the half-cock position it will fire with the the safety engaged. I can't believe they let them leave the factory this way. Other than that, and the price, they are a fine piece.
My SAS doesn't fire in a half-cocked position with the safety on or off. Sounds like you've got one that needs to go back to Sig.

They're coming back in stock so the resellers are standing in lines again

That's either one expensive ammo can or some expensive .22. Take your pick

I hope I am wrong, but the trap has been set, and some unsuspecting soul will shoot their pistol from the shoulder amongst strangers, and a lurking stranger will take a picture or simply turn to him and say let me see your papers for the SBR, while holding the handcuffs in one hand. Again, hope I am wrong.
to which he should say, "no". the only person that sees my papers are ATF agents, and then police if they're nice about it.

You guys do realize that the buyers are the problem, not the sellers. The more ads there are for 22 ammo the lower the price will go. If I can sell you a pile of dog doo for $10 and you walk away happy, then who is responsible for driving up the price of dog doo?
i understand what you're saying, but there isn't enough competition in the resellers to affect the reselling price. yes, more ads would be better, but that isn't going to happen because of the limited supply to everyone.

Nailed it.
Kind of analogous to the whole weed issue being now legal in many states but still federally illegal. I don't see how this would be any different.

Are you making your baffles on a lathe? I'm about to take the plunge into a form 1 30 cal suppressor.

Does anyone know if the poster gets a message each time someone flags it as overpriced, or only when it's shut off?
only when it's shut down, i think. i got one before for something that wasn't closing my posting but i don't remember what it was for.
