  1. Honestly I love seeing all of the little messages at the end of the posts. Things like someone messaged me calling me a turd, or gold has gone up and .22 is the new gold, I should be able to charge more!!! It makes me laugh and gives me hope that these a$$h@le$ well get stuck holding their millions of rounds.

Then you'll love this one in particular

What a deal! $25 boxes of 333 rounds when buying it in bulk!! To set your minds at ease, this is what the ammo "costed" when he bought it. Basically he bought it high and wants to sell it high.

  3. Ok, if you look at the sequence of photos you will notice the suspects hands are behind his back as he is being handcuffed. Then before he is handcuffed you notice he is pulling his hands away from the officer trying to handcuff him. He may not have started resisting but at some point he made a conscience effort to pull his hands away from the officer doing the handcuffing and that is resisting.

In photo three the suspect is leaning forward towards the officer and from personal experience that is what someone does when they are getting ready to spit or are spitting on you. What is the best way to prevent someone from spitting? Cut off their airway.

If all that the suspect was doing was running his mouth then the officers are wrong and should be held accountable but if the suspect is attempting to resist arrest, spitting or threatening to spit then I see no problem with what the officer did. Being choked out, properly, is a lot less damaging to the body than being taken to the ground. We have choked out people who were in handcuffs, leg irons and belly chains before because it was less damaging than some of the alternatives.

Yes, cutting off blood and oxygen flow to the brain to the point that you pass out is less damaging. Where is it that you got your medical training again? ;)

  4. just clicked on a few ads on armslist and i have to say i'm proud of the community for standing up to people posting .22lr jacking up the prices and clicking on overpriced. when i clicked on those ads it immediately takes me to a screen that says it's been removed.

  5. Yeah, I've head to change my mindset about .22, and treat it like it's any other centerfire round; one shot at a time, and savor it. No spraying lead downrange. The supply / demand ratio is slowly returning to normal with other rounds, so it gives me hope that .22 will continue tapering off as well. It can be found at lower prices, but it doesn't last long. The lower the price, the faster it goes. I saw some .22 go up at MidwayUSA for $.04/round a week or so ago, and I think it lasted about 10 minutes, LOL. The good news is that the supply is still flowing.

Midway is screwed up with their stuff. I got an email notification about some .22 that was in stock. Obviously, as soon as I get the email I immediately click the link and it says it's sold out. Staying on the page and looking at other quantities of the same exact ammo on the page, a couple minutes later I get an email about the ammo I am currently looking at being in stock. I click the link and of course it says it is out of stock.
