Not sure what the laws might say. But sounds like your in a bad spot. If he would agree Id at least go plaster some plywood or something If he is not living there.

Im the reverse I can out shoot any 1911 with my P220 When both are shot by me.
Strap 2 guns that you think one is more accurate to a table and take human equation out it and you maybe shocked.

Is there a way to test loaded primers to see if they are seated tight enough?
In brass that has primers only.

It is one of those cases If you have to ask - then it is not for you.
Also if you are not a reloader - It is not for you (I reload load a box of 50 for well under $5)
If you are not a hunter - It is not for you
I will save you a lot of time and money. If you have to be convinced of "why" the 44 magnum has no place in your inventory. If you reload and hunt it is the perfect caliber.

I do Not want a Bolt gun.
I want the most accurate 22 Semi Auto I can buy or build for around 1000$
This is for nothing but the self pleasure of 50-100yd shots on paper.
Im looking at Clark barrels or Volquartsen after I have done more research.
And it looks like the 10/22 is about the only game in town to build on.

Just for the record the DPMS at walmart for 580s$ is a Sportical with no forward assist or dust cover. Not issues but something to look at for some.
