These days we often see the bad in customer support for any given company. I thought Id share a quick GOOD experience I had. I made a trade for an older AR15 build and it has a TROY Industries free float handguard. It uses a spring loaded pin and I lost the spring. I made contact with TROY and here is some of the email replies: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So they are sending me a new part at no cost for a 2nd hand handguard thats years old.
