  1. Exactly. I don't know if that is the owners intent for patrons to read between the lines (stomp stomp stomp) or not, but certainly since he is not the one dictating the use of reloads I don't see them caring. But I don't know if "don't ask don't tell" is the intention here. It would make sense considering the silliness of the insurer's policy, as any reload hot enough to cause excess damage due to velocity would probably blow up the weapon it fired from anyway. Just a thought. I don't reload pistol ammo, but if I did I would probably take it in federal boxes and attempt to gauge the attitude of range operators by eliciting opinions on the policy.

    Your right on track TMF.

To many think if its my house my rules are right.

  2. You can cut the front end ( muzzle end) and you would have to plug and drill it .

If you cut the chamber end you will have to re form the end plus re bend the tube to fit.

Id just buy one already made

  3. ( Just to show how one can read into this how they want) ( It is no concern to me who sells what where) BUT

If you take that stand on reloads that NONE can be sold even when the posted info says "Yes, if the person engages in the business of selling or distributing reloads for the purpose of livelihood and profit."

Then why is not the same stand taken on guns themselves?

The following is from the same site the above info was pulled from about the sell of guns.

The term “engaged in the business†means--

    * * *

© as applied to a dealer in firearms, . . . a person who devotes

time, attention, and labor to dealing in firearms as a regular course of trade

or business with the principal objective of livelihood and profit through

the repetitive purchase and resale of firearms, but such term shall not

include a person who makes occasional sales, exchanges, or purchases of

firearms for the enhancement of a personal collection or for a hobby, or

who sells all or part of his personal collection of firearms. . . .47

The 1986 amendments to the GCA also defined the term “with the principal objective of

livelihood and profit†to read as follows:

    (22) The term “with the principal objective of livelihood and profit†means

that the intent underlying the sale or disposition of firearms is predominantly one of obtaining livelihood and pecuniary gain, as opposed to other intents.

So Bottom line I would think some guns sold here would fall into the same way of thinking would it not?

I maybe off base here and thats fine if I am.

  4. That doesn't make me like this one any better... but I think that a friend of mine is wanting to buy it. He was hard up for some cash the other day and sold me his S&W Model 65 for $300. I think I'll make him a good deal on this one... or at least let him hang on to it and get it out of my house.

Now just because I found this statement on the net does not make it true.

Id not worry in keeping the gun.

  5. Check out this comment I found on the net when I did a quick search on the gun.

The LORCIN L380 .380 caliber semi-auto handgun, also known as the 9mm Kurtz. I love this gun for many reasons, including the fact that it is one of the most common guns involved in violent crimes within the U.S. How cool is that! Such a popular gun that the ATF actually tracks the sales and purchases of this model. Modeled in Eovia Hexagon 1.1 and rendered, as always, in Corel Bryce 5.
  6. Guys! Ever been frustrated by listing something for sale and having no nibbles, but 46,972 views?

    Mark it "SPF"!!!

In 24 hours, you'll have a minimum of 1,563 "I'LL TAKE IT!"s in your PM box!!

    Guaranteed success!!

    :shake::screwy:

Or ask 1000$ for your "RARE" Glock then drop the price down by 100$ each day until you sell it for 400$

  7. Notice the "almost" Obama logo.

His logo image is “The sun rising over the horizon evoked a new sense of hope."

    220px-Obama_logomark.svg.png

The Logo image on this lower is the lesser of our 2 main lights in the sky the Moon. And it isnt even a quarter moon. The name is the Waxing Crescent Moon

To me this logo means The day is done ( or Obamas) and little light at the end showing. ( I can only HOPE cant I )
