Welcome! I also own a Bersa Thunder .380 I have put hundreds of rounds thru it with out a hickup.

My father in-law is a small business owner of a convenience store in the West Nashville area. Over the past few years business has declined a great deal. Some of if may have to do with the economy but a larger chain moved in across the street about a year and half ago. He is open early in the morning (6am) and offers breakfast sandwiches and coffee every morning which he goes in at 3am to make the breakfast. He has your cold soft drinks, water, juice and beer. He also has many other things for you around the house. He has owned it around 10+yrs that I can remember. The business has been there a long time (the 70s I think) He doesnt know Im doing this and hopefully you dont tell him I did this. But as a country we need more owner operated businesses like his. He is a great guy and would help anyone if possible. I just ask that if you are in the area to stop by and buy a Snickers or a Coke. Show some support to the little businesses out there. Corner of Charlotte Pike and Davidson Dr. across the street from Wal-Mart. Btw, you didnt see this post.....

I agree. You can always get a second opinion. SInce you are in the Franklin area, go check out Christian Brothers Automotive. They do great work there. I think one of their employees is a member on here also.

I was able to put 100rds through my 9 Shield last Friday. It went 100 our of 100 with out a hickup. It did take a few mags for the slide release to work with one thumb. I love it.

Thats what I do with the slide. I never feal comfortable with it but it always fires away.

Im not enjoying our P3AT. The first round of each mag seams like it wants to jam as you rack it. Ive changed up ammo between fmj and hp and all the same. We only have just over 100 rds through it and Im gonna give it a couple more boxes before I decide what Im going to do.

Ive shot a full size 9 M&P and loved it. Bu due to my size I wanted to go with this. I tried a LC9 a few weeks ago and just couldnt deal with it. It wasnt comfortable and I just didnt enjoy shooting it.

I didnt have a purchase permit and my CWP hasnt come in yet. We have to have one of those in NC to get a gun.

Went to the range today with the wife just to fire off a few. Ended up buying the new 9 Shield. Ive been going back and forth between it and the M&P 9c. But this is going to be my carry gun and Im a skinny guy. So the slim design of the gun I think will be a better fit. Now it is time to wait until my CWP comes in before I can bring it home from the store. I bought it after we had already been in the range so I didnt get a chance to shoot it. But I can go up there whenever and shoot it. Ill be back later this week. Heres my new baby.

If I was closer Brian Id let you shoot my Bersa .380. Unless you want to travel?

Im probably gonna go with the trip. My buddies are expecting us to go anyways. I cant watch the games on tv but maybe 2 a year. Another plus, my friends are Carolina fans so going to a game like this is big.
