Benny doesn't create the highest quality ammo. However, for the price, you generally can't beat it. Also, if you experience any malfunctions, it just gives you more practice IMHO.

Long guns...Toss up I was part of the testing for the Marine Corps to accept the Benelli M1014 Shotgun and fired 500 rounds of buckshot and slugs in two days........ M-79 thumper 40mm grenade launcher after soemthing like 30 full power loads Both left my shoulder black and blue..although I think the nod goes to the two days of the shotgun Handgun...handsdown 45-.70 derringer.....I really do think I broke my hand doing that one..couldn't use my hand for days afterwords

Halffpint, Congrats on making the decision to become on of "us". It was actually this thread that made me go ahead and sign up for this site. Once you get done with PI and SOI you will be assigned to Kilo Co 3/23. When I got off of active duty and joined the reserves, I drilled with Kilo for about a year before I went to STA. I still liv in Memphis and know several of the guys over there. If you have any questions just ask. The road will be hard but once you get that EGA it will all be worth it. And after a couple of years, if you want to join the snipers, let me know.
