  1. So yesterday I picked up a 500 yesterday. b6439cc2148e8c64f8209431ecdeb99d.jpgI do like the Magpul furniture but I do have a few issues with it. First you have to take your stock off to take the trigger out. So 5 minutes later with a dremel I fixed that. 5032f250ea629116e2a3190bcc0efe76.jpg I also wished that they would have shipped the stock with all of the comb height options. I forgot that I didn't get any wrenches to take anything off the stock so I had to dig and 10 minutes later I had the stock off. I totally disassembled it and cleaned all of the grease and rust off and then I had a fine looking gun. I shot it and it goes bang. As long as I do my part it does its. I just need a either a new mount(because the forearm is too long for the ZSM) or flashlight (Inforce WML or Streamlight TRL-1). I'm going to look for a sling and the Magpul mount but I'm just rambling now.

  2. I'd like to see people be able to get a permit and carry at 18. If you can pay taxes, vote, smoke, and go die for your country then why can you not protect yourself. I'd also like to see constitutional carry passed but I'm wish in one hand and **** in the other. I feel getting a permit at 18 would provide the state with more income (which I don't think they'd ever turn down) so would have a better shot at passing and being signed than constitutional carry.

  3. I don't think that hinders the ability to join an SCTP team. The individual teams might have their own rulings though if they are associated with a certain school.

It does. It depends on if the team is associated with the school and what the rules for the school district. There are a few more rules but I honestly don't give two ***** since I don't have to shoot it any more.
  4. So in the name of training for a 'what if' situation we break well known safety protocol and endanger brother, sister, husband, and wives???

There is an old saying that goes; just because you have to enter a #### eating contest doesn't mean you have to practice for it.

If it is that big of a concern then don't take the class. I had a few oh **** moments but then I realized I'm paying someone for their advice and opinion. I put this to show you what to expect from the class. I am not endorsing it or saying it is the right way to do things because it was just the way things were done. I don't mean to be an ass but it's just something I'm not going to try to explain.
  5. I hear this is a royal PITA. Does anyone have some advice on this or know someone who could do this? Getting another gun or stock is not an option because of the gun (Nova) and other priorities. I talked to someone that has done it multiple times (they created a Mossington) but they said they'd only do it for $100 an hour. I think I know how to do this but I'm not ready to get out the power tools.
