I pray the celebration of hope, peace and light carries forth from yesterday to today.
I discovered Acts 4:30 in the hospital as my wife was treated for a stroke.
I witness it come true each day.
Father, please extend your hand to heal and to perform signs and wonders in the name of your holy servant Jesus.
He can heal physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and relationally.
I pray this for each of you!

I drove past the Nathan Bedford Forrest state park exit earlier this week, how long before it's renamed?

I use to recall a range out John Sevier at one time. Is that still there ?
I think Bays Mountain Golf course off Burnett Station added a shooting range to keep the doors open...the course has been non op for many years.

The comment about future expansion is interesting.
Indoor range to rival (or surpass) Bud's?
I am somewhat familiar with that area of town, it should be a pretty good location for this type of venture.

Many years ago, once I learned that FDA auditors that approve drugs for market are routinely hired by the very same companies that seek FDA approval for their drugs can make over $250K a year in addition to their Gov pay by being "advisors" to these Pharma companies.
According to the story told in Dope Sick on Netflix, Purdue Pharma and the Sacklers did this very thing.
How accurate? It's Netflix, but my guess is some truth within the televised drama.

Tucker Carlson is a lying asshat and just as bad as the talking heads at CNN
Is he lying in this case? Other right wing news sources infer no justice no peace being spewed if found not guilty.

Tucker Carlson inferred this is another move by the left to dissuade folks from defending themselves against the BLM / antifa mob.
If found guilty, the definition of self defense is not what I think it is.

I've heard tell if we all go electric, our power grid is insufficient.
No idea if true, false or simple fear mongering.
For those saving the environment, what magic source charges those EVs?
I'm not opposed to electric but I drive 3000-4000 miles per month for work. Taking time to charge for a trip to Jackson, TN or MS is not viable in my world.
A few years ago Cadillac was playing around with small generators powering electric motors / charging batteries; haven't heard anything else about that technology.

It's interesting that the GOP/Trump actually passed two of the three rounds of stimulus and yet they are calling it Joe Biden's inflation. Short memories it seems.
Not a point, a fact!
Adding more just never seems to work out.

According to one news report I saw yesterday, highest in 30 years.
Yep, it's all good, I know what my core budget is and it's particularly easy for me to stop spending money on extras.
A few million liked minded upper lower and middle class folks follow my lead, let's see what really happens.
Reducing spending and increasing cash / savings seems prudent with the millionaire tax on over $400k...
This bothersome noise from DC supposedly aggregates totals and targets unrealized income which includes equity in a home or those evil tax deferred 401Ks that only certain, lucky, fortunate individuals get.
Add 1.5 trillion in new spending for infrastructure, where 20ish percent is actually for infrastructure, and rain money in the masses, my guess is 81 million voters are going to get what they probably didn't exactly think they were voting for.
Supply chain? Americans sitting at home buying excess items on the internet are the problem, be a part of the solution!

I would strongly recommend a pre 64 Winchester or an older, pre safety Marlin as opposed to anything of new manufacture.
I can also recommend a 99 Savage.
I wanted a lever action and ended up with a '56 Savage 99 acquired from Best Gun Buddy.
They have as neat a history as any firearm out there, have a 99 year run.
Mine would be shooter grade, so it has an awesome patina and the case hardening on the level is pretty cool.

All manner of roles in financial services, started in '88
All kinds of consumer lending, 20 years in indirect auto.
Processing, collections, risk management, sales; basically soup to nuts.
Currently lead the business development department for a multi billion dollar organization in the mortgage and title insurance arena.
A few tangents along the way: restaurant and catering, residential and commercial moving, residential and commercial flooring installation with wholesale flooring supply.

I've been seeing the adverts and may have my son's HBO credentials.
I'm old enough to remember the original release, don't think it's a horrible adaptation and enjoy seeing blockbuster actors earlier in their careers.

From the internet, they seem to be a good tire with a cool tread pattern.
But it's the internet, any TGO'ers have real experience?
Also considering the Pirelli Scorpion AS3, they're $60 less per unit and the internet says they're good too.
Looking for 1. quiet 2. more wet capable than snow 3. tread life
I drive 3200-3500 miles per month, 80% interstate, 18% city, 2% off pavement

Thanks for the pics!

Always been an annual payer, stopped a while back due to the alleged fancy suits and trips overseas.
Have a renewal sitting on my desk right now.
I know I need a lobbyist and willing to pay for one, but I am having trouble sending them any of my money
