Person to Person transfer

I bought a rifle/silencer combo the first week of April. Form 4 to Form 4 must be paper so I immediately filled out the form 4, did my own finger prints (pack of blue cards from Amazon and an ink pad), got some passport photos from Walgreens. From the ATF wait time web site, paper copies is 156 days. ATF got it turned around in about 5 weeks.

That is a quick turn around for a paper4, congrats! I have had them take 18 months before.    I would like to transfer 9 items from my secondary trust and put them all into my main trust.  All of the paperwork is causing me to not do it.  I wish you could do eform 4s for individual transfers, that would make this a lot easier!

The paper forms suck when you have to do it by hand. In your case, there is a fillable pdf that makes it easier. You can find it on the ATF website. This last transfer was written by hand.

I started out with the fillable, but lost interest and stopped.  I may get a wild hair one cold winter day and pick it back up again.
