Disappearing $100 million

Caught a YouTube excerpt from the Joe Rogan show.

They were talking about the $100m fund to help Californians impacted by fire. Not many have been helped.

Here's what they laid out in the interview:

The Foundation gets $100m and takes their cut for administration, upwards of 70%

The Foundation then gives the remaining 30% to another charity or NGO, which takes their 70% rake and so it goes.

Any wonder at the popularity of USAID and the NGO racket?

I did not fact check, but not particularly surprised.

On the flip side, for comparison, Doctors without Borders retains about 10% for admin, the remaining 90% is distributed for end users.
