At 22 when I enlisted I was 155. 5'11". Now I am 30 5'10" and 207.

:P...The last time I can recall weighing 155...I mighta been in high school. I was 190 and 6'2" when I enlisted in the Navy in 1977, I was 20...at one point I ballooned up to something like 245...but dropped that to 174 prior to re-enlisting...for the remainder of my military service I kept my weight around 210-215...after I retired in 1997...I really let myself go...I stopped exercising almost completely...and got up to 275-280...THAT was enough.

I hate effing exercising. Monday is my one day a week off. Well Tuesday I fell asleep about 5 or so and didnt wake up until after midnight. I work out before bed so I skipped it since it was so late. Wednesday I had detail stripped a gun for the first time and was trying to remember how to get it back together and it got to late again. Thursday I flew to Cincinnati. Came back today and it was like pulling teeth to get in here and do it. I havent gotten to ride the bike since Monday or Tuesday either going to Pigeon Forge tomorrow but Im sure the hotel has a workout room.

Been raining this side of the state for two weeks...a lot too. Looks like it is heading your way (Middle and East TN) Rain is no excuse, it sucks, but soon it will be cold, still no excuse. Well they are excuses but not good or legitimate ones. :P

I ran one day last week and it was "between" rain cells, well it developed over the top of my area and poured on me, I was 2 miles out, so I had to continue on, I put my mp3 player in the baggy, sealed it up, and went on. My shoes weight about 10lbs more (well at least they felt like it). I actually enjoyed the rain part, kept me cooler, but the heavy shoes, I did not like.

I ran 9 miles Saturday, I was wanting some rain at the end!

Are you the only one doing this Daniel? I think the rest are somewhere eating pancakes and bacon and looking for where the french toast retreated to.:D

I'm here. Haven't been online much. I'll check in later. After my french toast.
