If I remember correctly, you have to have ID on you anyway, under the Patriot Acts...

I am saddened the borders are still the huge openness they were before 9/11. Need to get in and target US citizens? Walk across a border, if you are on the no fly list...

Sad.

This crap is going to reach out and bite those who have turned their back on this country. Wait and see.

I used to think that it was 'Red Dawn' gun forum fodder when I read stuff like this, but man, I'm honestly starting to believe that we're heading for a reckoning in this country...

Only if you and I are willing to do something about it, because your Federal Government is not going to. The Republicans want the cheap labor, the Democrats want the cheap votes.

I always thought we should deport them to somewhere other then the country they came from. If we send them back home, they still haven't loast anything and they'll just try again, and being from third world countries they are more then happy to sit in our prisons fat and happy off of our taxes, so the solution is simple. Send them somewhere worse then their country of origin. As most of Latin America are still catholic countries, I suggest the middle east. That should be the new policy, if you are found to be in this country illegally, we send you to a war zone.

Maybe if enough states pass these laws Obama, Holder or Napolitano will get around to reading one of them. :)

Wishful thinking, but since they are part of the problem, by not enforcing

the federal laws, I wouldn't hold my breath on that. They don't want this problem to go away.
