Nashville business needs your help

Recommended Posts

My father in-law is a small business owner of a convenience store in the West Nashville area. Over the past few years business has declined a great deal. Some of if may have to do with the economy but a larger chain moved in across the street about a year and half ago. He is open early in the morning (6am) and offers breakfast sandwiches and coffee every morning which he goes in at 3am to make the breakfast. He has your cold soft drinks, water, juice and beer. He also has many other things for you around the house. He has owned it around 10+yrs that I can remember. The business has been there a long time (the 70s I think) He doesnt know Im doing this and hopefully you dont tell him I did this. But as a country we need more owner operated businesses like his. He is a great guy and would help anyone if possible. I just ask that if you are in the area to stop by and buy a Snickers or a Coke. Show some support to the little businesses out there.

Corner of Charlotte Pike and Davidson Dr. across the street from Wal-Mart.

My father in law's neighbor across the street is a founding member of the "breakfast club" that's there occupying the bench out front every morning for coffee and snacks. I'll drop in next time I'm over that way.

Haha. Those guys are a trip. Most were my customers when I work at Lightning Lube in Bellevue.

Tell me how good the seafood is over there so I can drool until my next trip to Calabash, okay? :D

Some time in September. You're over in God's country, as far as I'm concerned. I'd love to retire

around there.
