    AR15 for dummies?

Prices seem to be creeping up again @ SGA & Ammoman.
  4. Morgan & Peace Dollars have about 3/4 oz of silver. Here's a good site to check silver coin value. http://coinapps.com/silver/coin/calculator/
  5. Just a tip for anyone intending to attend Tulsa or Louisville Shows. They usually have an early pass to get in on the setup days, Tulsa called them Phantom Tables, don't recall what LV called theirs. Well worth the extra $$. Also consider staying for all the days of the show as 1 day simply isn't enough. There was a person who calculated that if one walked the entire Tulsa show they would have about 15 seconds to view every table. BTW: The Tulsa Drillers Expo is about 12 Acres under one roof. Like I said, just a few tips from one who's spent a lot of time at both shows. Wear Comfortable Shoes!! Tulsa Expo has the hardest concrete in the world.
  6. BTT. As always will trade this or any of my items for Au/Ag Coins/Bullion. Thanks!!
  7. You're correct, like my description about the quarter & gas, an ounce of gold could buy that suit or a milk cow many years ago. Two years ago I traded my friend we get our beef from a one ounce Austrian Philharmonic for a 1150# steer, still holds true. Just think, in 1932 a "dollar" was worth 1/20th of an ounce of gold, today an "FRN" is worth 1/1550th of an ounce of gold @ todays spot.
  8. Thanks for the kind words but I'm no connoisseur, I just stumble along & go with my gut. I believe that owning PM's, bullion & coins is good insurance against inflation & always has been & always will be a great store of value. The illustration of buying a gallon of gas with a silver quarter is the same today as it was back in the 60's, actually a silver quarter will buy more than a gallon of gas today. A silver quarter is worth $3.26 @ todays spot price. I've never been a coin collector & I see that going down in popularity as many collectors are getting old, just like the vintage gun collectors, interest is waning.
  9. New "law" before rally. https://www.nraila.org/articles/20200110/virginia-general-assembly-passes-capitol-gun-ban
  10. Bless you Grunt, you are your brothers keeper.
  11. Now state issued licenses for "assault rifles" no "license", you're a felon. https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2020/01/09/democrat-bill-mandates-licensing-of-all-virginia-ar-15-owners/
