I'd like to take this opportunity to send a big thank you to my personal hero, Jimmy Naifeh. You see, without his selfless leadership, I would surely not be talking to you all from behind this glowing monitor right now. Allow me to relate a story of personal salvation.

You see, today, my brother and I went for lunch at Rib & Loin here in town. We were interested in some quality BBQ, but all was not well. Had it not been for Naifeh's shining example, I would have undoubtedly entered the establishment, eaten my smoked chicken sandwich, fried okra, and consumed a large quantity of Diet Coke... all with a deadly weapon in my pocket.

Imagine the horror! What if I had unknowingly ordered a beer, become instantly intoxicated, and then taken that bald guy staring at me as a personal affront? Think of the disaster that was averted!

Instead of that disastrous event, instead my pistol remained securely under the seat of my brother's car, far from the dangerous locale of my front hip pocket.

Think of the children who I could have scarred of life. Think of the disaster averted, not just today, but every other day when I go to Blue Coast Burrito for my fish tacos.

Thank you, Jimmy Naifeh. Your selfless example in the fight for our children's safety is a shining beacon to the entire country... nay, the entire world!!!
