    The "LE Only" is a marketing gimmick. The only illegal thing I can think of is that is is illegal to spray a human being with a can that is labeled for animal defnse. Fox is better that Freeze and ALS "Top Cop" is better than both.

    IDPA is a good practice session for YOU no matter what they are doing. You run your game and let them play theirs. Same for IPSC. If you shoot them "right" it doesn't matter what the other guys are doing.
