I first thought it was a car wreck. They had pulled off the road straight into the woods. Most people park on the side of the road. -

Thanks for the tip. I was walking my dog when i talked to them. I'm pretty sure they are not from around here. I'm all for hunting legally. It's not much of a challenge shooting one with a rifle around here. Houses are literally 50 yards or less from where this happened. -

Thanks guys i just called and got a voice mail. The 2 guys that shot the deer packed up in a hurry when i walked off. -
Is it rifle season yet? My housing development is less than a 100 yards from where this happened. Is there a phone number where i can report this?

I just cooked a couple of the blade steaks with some rub and bacon on them and they were great! I soaked them in milk for a hour when i got home and they turned out perfect.

I don't have any killer recipes just yet. Venison, pork and some great peppers always makes a good pot. We might be putting on a chili cook off in a couple of months and you are more than welcome to join in.
