I've got only $450 invested into what I bought but got alot also ...

Well, sorry to be a bearer of bad news but I decided on a cheaper 1911. Ended up buying a used Charles Daly 1911 with hogue grips(2 sets) a new torch, and another holster. As well as 150 rounds of FMJ and 1 box of personal defense instead of the above mentioned choices. And STILL walkedd away with an extra $200!

I have a chance to get a nice Colt M1991A1 Commander in fair-good condition for $600. Comes with 5 mags and aftermarket box. Am I getting jipped or is this a fair and reasonable price?

So I have a Glock 17 listed in the trade section that I am thinking about keeping. It currently has a polished slide. Does anyone know of a gunsmith around Nashville, TN who can re-coat the slide and other components to look stock?

I remember seeing a Taurus TCP in pink in the sales area recently, unsure if it's still there or not though....

Hello, the name is Bruce. I have been a gun lover since I could remember. I bought my first legal firearm(Remington model 700 .243) the day I turned 18 and continued to purchase more and more rifles/shotguns up until my 21st birthday when I then purchased my first handgun(CZ 85 combat-nickel). I am now 26 and have had my carry permit for almost 4 years(next april marks the day). I currently only own 1 handgun, and that's my faithful Taurus PT111 9mm. I wanted a Glock 19 but the funds were a bit low at the time so had to settle for this but I do NOT regret it one bit! I love this little 9! It stays loaded - one in chamber as well as 2 other mags on the opposite hip. I PROUDLY carry everyday where I have means to do so! Here's a couple quick shots I took for you all to see!
