  1. There are times I could really use it, but since I've been able to live without it for the last 3 years, I could probably make due. I don't know why it's pissing me off extra bad as of late, but it is.
  2. And this would come as a shock to anyone? I'm not ready to say this could be part of, or, could turn into some sort of "movement", but how could anyone be surprised if it does? Especially in rural Kentucky.
  3. No, she doesn't have much to do with my daughter at all. PM headed your way.
  4. She doesn't work. She's a royal piece of !
  5. I'll be checking it out. They know everyone is watching to see Kimbo fight, so I wouldn't be surprised if they wait a few more weeks before choosing him. Just to drag people along.
  6. My daughters mother is doing her darndest to avoid paying her already court ordered child support. In fear of actually being served with any sort of legal papers, she refuses to give me her new address. Does anyone know if an address will show up on one of those $29 TBI background checks?
  7. Notice my Edit. Still not exactly cheap.
  8. I had a 50 gallon tank replaced a few years ago, and the labor was about $300. Edit: My girlfriend swears it was closer to $200 for the labor.
  9. I really miss Shark and Boston Legal.
  10. Great first episode of House! And yes, she was hotter than ever, even if she is a PETA lover.
  11. DVR is your friend.
  12. Damn, why didn't someone tell me that I misspelled POURING? I clicked on the link and BAM, there is was, all bold and underlined, spelled incorrectly.
  13. Today's sample spell from the Voodoo Hoodoo Spellbook: To Get Rid of a Troublesome Neighbor 1. Light a black candle and dress with castor oil. 2. Write the neighbor’s name on a piece of paper and the word “goodbyeâ€. Place the paper under the candle. 3. Mix powdered mud daubers nest with graveyard dirt and throw it at the neighbor’s front door. 4. Recite psalms 74, 101, and 109 three times each and let the candle burn out.
  14. Honestly, I would compile as much information as I could about the transaction, the company and it's owner(s), and I'd be making a trip to Las Vegas. You're likely to see more favorable results with a FTF meeting. It would be one thing if we were talking $100, but I'd be steaming if I was sitting there with only 1/2 of a $1000+ pistol, and no way to get the other half. No, I am not advocating violence.
  15. Welcome to TGO! Enjoy your stay!
  16. There is no "permit" for a motorcycle (unless you're 15-years-old) in the State of Tennessee. You either have your "M" endorsement, or you don't. Some states do offer a "Learners Permit", but TN is not one of them. I took my test in Lebanon, and the riding/road portion was about 1/2 block, and lasted less than a minute. There was no real "test" to it. If you didn't fall or crash, you passed.
  17. Very nice! Congrats to the little fella.
  18. You can load only one round in a 10/22 magazine. I was worried about fundamentals, technique and safety when my daughter began shooting. But I also knew it wouldn't be long before I was going to be looking for a 10/22. When she first started shooting, I loaded the magazine with one round at a time. It's nearly the same as loading one round at a time with a bolt-atction.
  19. You could always ignore it. If you're doing something that you'd rather him/her not see, close the curtains. Unless the police say you have any legal options, not sure what else you can really do. Build a tall privacy fence?
  20. Yea, the rain doesn't really bother me. This time of year, when the temps are a little lower, is when I really enjoy riding. There is only a short period to really enjoy it, so if it means chancing a little rain, so be it. I would have made the entire ride yesterday, but no one was stepping up, and I didn't really feel like making the run alone. We'll see if anyone wants to try for next Saturday.
  21. I voted for Sam's. Because it's only a two minute drive, and I have a membership there. I'm sure Costco is fine, but I've never shopped there.
  22. Wish I would have known this. I would have tagged along. We didn't see a drop of rain until very late afternoon/early evening.
  23. Rocky Flop Tennessee!
  24. Welcome to TGO! Enjoy your stay!
