  1. Yes, the S&W 940. Not very easy to find, and if you do, it won't be cheap.
  2. I take back the above statement. I just talked with my boss, and he informed me that another driver has already requested to have the day off. I'm going to call the 3rd shift manager later this evening. He may be able to work something out.
  3. This isn't looking very good, but there's a 99% chance that I'll make it. I have a friend who lives less that 1 mile from Owl Hollow, and he'd like to come as well. It's probably a bit too far for me to join as a member, but there's a good chance my friend will.
  4. Ain't that the truth. I've been there one time. I learned my lesson.
  5. That makes 3 of us. After getting to the punch line, I realized I'd heard that before. It was just as funny as the first.
  6. Find somewhere else to shop. If you're looking for rare firearms, try sites like GunBroker, GunsAmerica, etc.
  7. Thank you, Tungy! That's part of the LPK, correct?
  8. OK, here I am with some of my AR parts. What holds the buffer and buffer spring in the buffer tube?
  9. Yes, that is real. Not only is it real, but it's real f-in funny!
  10. But those people can really confuse the hell out of guys like me. Being new to AR's, it can be rather difficult to seperate fact from fiction.
  11. Yea, I never heard anything about a rotating barrel. I'm guessing he was confused with something else.
  12. These should be televised.
  13. Thanks for sharing the pictures. Glad you two made it back safe. We'll be waiting for every one of those 753 pictures.
  14. No, it's not a myth. I can't say I've seen as much as some have claimed, but I've definitely seen my fair share while driving the semi. Heck, it was about 2 months ago (with my daughter in the pick-up), when I glanced over and saw some Mexican guy leaning way back, getting a BJ while driving down Gallatin Rd. It was on a weekend afternoon, very close to Rivergate Mall. Imagine all the traffic. There is also a woman who's always on the CB around Nashville, and she's more than willing to flash the drivers. Crazy Lady is her CB handle. She leaves her home, around exit 112 on I-65, and travels to work somewhere around Nashville, near I-24E. The whole time she's on the CB and flashing truckers. She's been doing this on a regular basis for several years. She's a bit on the older side, but those huge breats are holding up surprisingly well. So, it does happen.
  15. That won't happen. That's why Tony decided to put together 'Stewart-Haas Racing'. Tony is tired of leaving it up to everyone else. This way, as the car owner and driver, he's the boss all the way around. I guess we'll see what happens in '09.
  16. You'll likely get several different answers. Here is some helpful info. http://www.firearmstactical.com/ammo_data/380acp.htm
  17. If the sign says "no weapons", I'd venture to guess they don't want you carrying a firearm inside.
  18. Yes, but if you notice, the fully supported chamber (that Glock doesn't have) generally prevents the gun from blowing up into a million pieces, like the Glock. Damn, we've really !
  19. Thank you. I'm currently a member on that forum. TONS of imformation. PAIN IN THE A$$ to weed through all of it. We have some very knowledgable AR folks here.
  20. Yes, that's true. I was just trying to come up with something a bit newer. I don't believe any 9mm revolvers are being produced today, so finding one may not be as easy as more popular calibers.
  21. I just did a quick search on budsgunshop.com, and the Taurus 905 is all that came up. http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/advanced_cat_search.php?cated=26&manufacturers_id=&ITATR_list%5B1%5D=1902&ITATR_list%5B2%5D=&ITATR_list%5B3%5D=425&ITATR_list%5B4%5D=&ITATR_list%5B5%5D=&ITATR_list%5B6%5D=&ITATR_list%5B7%5D=&ITATR_list%5B8%5D=&ITATR_list%5B9%5D=&ITATR_list%5B0%5D=
  22. The S&W 940 was discontinued. There are not many choices for a 9mm revolver. The Taurus is the only one I can think of that currently being sold by a few places. I would double check, because I could be wrong.
  23. Taurus 905
  24. Not only that, but we were told to expect the TGO 75% off dicount. Welcome to TGO. Enjoy your stay.
