  Thanks. I forgot the last time. If I don't hear anything in 2 more weeks I will call and ask about that.

I've called them 3 times, the first time after 4 weeks and they said I wasn't in the system. The next 2 times they said they are still waiting on background check. I will add I am missing a finger on one hand and wonder if that might have held things up on the fingerprinting end, I forgot to ask them that.

I wish, my son and I applied at the same time, he has had his for about 5 weeks now, I am over 2 months and still don't have mine. Hopefully it won't be much longer now.

I went, probably won't again. Like the other post said, maybe 4 tables with guns and the rest a flea market.

They cut off one box and didn't charge me for it. I got 5 boxes that I ordered. There was another box I was charged for but was not in the shipment, I ordered a total of 7 boxes. They say they will ship it later. Why didn't they just take it off and not charge me for it like they did the other box they were out of?

I ordered some from TargetSports, I'm having the issues others have mentioned with my order. It wasn't complete but I was charged for it and getting the run around now.

Yeah, it's kind of depressing scraping and scrounging to try and get up enough extra to go to the range.

Yeah, that was good. I did finger prints on 12-27 and am still waiting.

I have read the other thread also. I am just curious, my Son and I applied at the same time. He got his in 4 weeks, I am over 6 weeks and still waiting. We applied and did the fingerprints at the same time. I knew they were busy now but was wondering what kind of times others were experiencing through "the rush" not a couple years ago.

Has anyone applied for their handgun permit within the past couple months? I was wondering what the wait time is now.

I have been 3 weeks to the day, called today and mine hasn't even shown in the system yet. They said they are back logged.
