  1. turned his pressure cooked over to police because it looks like the ones from Boston, afraid it may blow up on him
  2. Founder of Al Sharpton fan club
  3. Is a repeat attendee at child birthing classes with his male partner
  4. True that. And it's your gun so enjoy it how you see fit!! I had never seen the lettering filled in like that, I'm a big fan of it though.
  5. Ehh ... gonna agree with g55. IMO looked perfect with just the lettering done.
  6. is there a difference in paranoid? and just not wanting LEO in my business? there's nothing in my house i'd be afriad for them to find ... i just don't want them in my house.
  7. takes his knifes to a professional for sharpening because he's scared he might cut his self
  8. Let us know what they say if you don't mind
  9. The article I read (in ATL) specifically mentioned that they had done some "tests" with the info and had mapped out several of the "tests subjects" daily routine from data they had gathered over several months (with the plate taggers, software that mined the cities "surveillence" cameras, etc.).   I'm not one that participates in illegal activities throughout my normal day ... but I don't want the .gov being able to re-create my normal daily life.    :tinfoil: :hiding:
  10.   Moss Pawn & Gun of YouTube fame is also down here ...
  11. I've seen a lot of stuff recently on all the camera networks in major cities.  I live in Atlanta and am trying to get caught up to speed on what we have here.  They have police cruises with bumper mounted cameras that link to software that will tag and "remember" the locations of cars; run the plates for warrants, etc.  They often drive around parking garages during the day tagging and running plates while they go through the garage.  Supposedly the data (locations, time/date stamp) for normal cars is deleted 48 hours later ... so they say.
  12. No fly zone. Trains stopped. Subway stopped. Busses stopped. Taxis stopped (for awhile). Citizens told to stay home. Businesses told they couldn't open. Police and military policing the city in armored vehicles. Thousands of military and police searching in full body armor and automatic weapons. Searches executed on questionably legal grounds. Doesn't sound far to me ...
  13. I'm sure they don't care and are more than happy to get whatever quick legal fix they need to get in your house. I'm surprised we haven't heard anything about the use of drones yet in this situation. Brought it up on another thread, but I wonder how many people will be caught in miscellaneous other criminal activity while these searches are going on (I.e. the guy with the hydroponic marijuana plants in his basement/closet) and whether or not they will have legal recourse for these searches.
  14. What I figured. So what happens if I say "no" you can't search my house? I don't think that would go over very well with those guys in full body armor riding in their police tanks.
  15. I wonder if these poor residents of Boston have any reasonable ability to refuse search of their home. Or if they would just use some part of the Patriot act to force search without a warrant. I'm all for catching the guy, but if it means I give up my freedom then no thanks. Also, what if the cops catch you find you do other illegal things while searching for the guy?
  16. For just an inspect & update as well as a good cleaning its no charge. Only charge for refinishing the slide and gun smithing services. They'll install night sights on guns without night sights and etc. But it seemed like they just charged for the part. I overheard the guy talking to someone else, and I believe he said they charge $60 to refinish the slide/barrel.
  17. He also says his son is an "angel." Riiiiight. But that's how the media will portray him like they did Trayvon. Never mind he blew up the race ... he was a second year medical student who wanted to help people.
  18. thinks hlb14's favorite sport is baseball because they only run the bases to the left
  19. Celebrate the victory today by gearing up to continue the fight. I agree this isn't over. ... Harry put this on the back burner for a reason. Just waiting for the next big gun tragedy to happen. Now he doesn't have to get it thru committee. This thing will be on the fast track to vote the day after the next thing goes wrong. ... and I for one believe they would construct a tragedy just to pass this thing. (upgrading my tinfoil)
  20. Anyone know who their interior decorator is? I've got a room for them to do.
  21. Wow. What scum of the Earth.
  22. Wrong. Right wing tea party terrorists ... haven't you seem CNN. <sarcasm off> I agree with the above that I won't put it past the .gov to create events to further the agenda. These news outlets and people on social media more apt to blame people like us, than terrorists/groups with a history of these types of events show me that the indoctrination is working.
  23. Mine also. Could have been a lot worse depending on when the bomb exploded in the race. I'm not saying it isn't bad enough already ...
  24. Expect to see some research soon showing sporks are best. That will be the "compromise" until all food is bite sized and can be eaten with a spoon. Smaller portions are better for obesity ... and of course good for the children
  25. You'll need to report into Memphis prior to coming elsewhere in the state. We've started a liberal disease decontamination project and are trying to isolate all the germs to that area of the state. After being declared clean you are welcome anywhere. But seriously welcome! Hopefully you'll enjoy it better than up there.
