We have another awesome USPSA match for you this month at Strategic Edge in Chapel Hill. Planning 5 stages and one classifier. We host USPSA Level One Match the 3rd Saturday of each month. Match will follow USPSA rules and scoring, consist of 1 classifier stage and 5 field stages. Round count will be approximately 175+-, recommend bringing extra rounds for make up shots or re-shoots. Match will follow USPSA rules and scoring, consist of 4 classifier stages and 1 small to medium field stage. We will be hosting a skills and drills match for September. This is geared towards new and newer shooters to teach them match basics, rules, general ideas. So if you, or someone you know, is interested in action pistol shooting and has been hesitant to shoot a match please come join us. This would also be a great event for junior or lady shooters. You will need any handgun .22-.45, at least 50 rounds, and eye/ear protection. If you have a holster and extra magazines those will be beneficial. Also we will be building walls to use as range props, so if you have tools please bring them e.g. Drills, hand saws, staple guns, tin snips. Registration is open to members and non members. Join us to help us build new walls for safer matches and faster setup. After that we will host skills & drills stages to teach the basics of USPSA rules, shooting, and strategy. Lunch to follow. Being a USPSA member is not a requirement, but you can join USPSA for roughly 25$ a year. It will allow you to track your progress and shoot larger matches. Walk ons are allowed, it does make it slightly easier for us on match day if you pre-register online

Thanks to everyone for a great July match! We had a record number of shooters and received a lot of great feedback on how well everything ran! That was only possible with everyone's support and assistance. August match is set and ready to go. We will have 4 classifier stages and at least 2 field courses (maybe a bonus 3rd). If you are not currently classified, or looking for that next bump, this is a great opportunity to do so. Please come early to help with set up. Over the last few months participation has been great and has led us to be able to shoot more stages at a more efficient rate. We thank you and welcome the continued support.
