  1. I will be back to RB to see the price on these guns. I know what they paid for them in trade as I was there and offer them a lower price less than they paid for them. They deserve to be treated as they treated uneducated customers. For those people that want to treat potential customers like that(or offer unfair pricing based on the uneducated customers or preceived taking advantage), I hope that the internet takes them over without remorse! For those that condone this action, hope I never have the unpleasure of doing business with you.
  2. 150.00 to 200.00 was a fair price for the trade not the 80.00 to 90.00 he got from them. I will go back to the Bench to satisfy my curiosity on how much they mark it up. If you were there, you would have understood this whole thread.
  3. While I was there watching this robbery, there were a couple of things wrong. He should have received about 150.00 to 200.00 on the (2) 38 specials based on their looks and function testing from what I seen. The seller of the 38 specials did mention to the shop, I will take whatever I can get out of these to buy the other one. Bad thing to say. It was not fair and now I will be looking at other places. I would have personally gave him 150.00 each for them just to have if I known he was going to be stolen from. There is fair business and what took place today was not fair in any way!
  4. I was there also during this time. The (2) 38 specials model 65 he was trading plus 450.00 cash in for a .357 S&W (619.00 without tax or background). He basically got 80 to 90 bucks each for the gun trade. I was buying 5 bottles of solo 1000 plus a Glock 36 until I seen this. I believe in buying locally even for a little more which was relevant in this case however I walked out of the store. I can honestly say, I doubt I will be back in the store.
  5. I have studied the first draft of the DMG rules. Very confusing! Not their best work. Beach Bunny, just like any other software, will have an extremely difficult time to program software to understand logic that is unclear in the first place. How can we participate in a sport that is unclear and not able to score? If they stepped back and think about what they did with the rules, clarify themselves, maybe someone can code for the classes. Look the rule book was developed back in 2005 and they now just clarified some of the rules. I am not sold on the whole DMG concept yet. IDPA is for defensive pistol. I am not a fan of Saiga's do not own them but they do have a place in this DMG(especially when I beat them)!
  6. I see a lot of people viewing the thread but we will see how many show up for the match!

  22. Kemp, You can not come out to play, but you can work that day...LOL. Please be there on Friday as discussed earlier. I will contact you if needed on Thursday. Everyone, I would like to take this time to address the Trophy Match discussion. A match will still take place on this day which will utilize both sides of the Wheeler property. This will be scaled back match from our previous design plans. The match will still be challenging for all competitors. The pre-registration was placed on the website since late March or early April. This type of match is hard to account for without a core base of commitment either verbally or with the pre-registration. This feature allows us to make appropriate adjustments to what we were looking to provide for this match: pre-order food(which may go to waste if a true account number can not be achieved), number of competitors interested(there will be a little flux on this number for the walk ups), SOs needed to accommodate the competitors, onsite scoring, water, drinks, targets, plaques, etc. We are tasked with the responsibility to further the club in all of its promotion of the sport, matches designing, and financial endeavors. We will not in good conscious allow the club to lose money on any match format. Any loss will result in other higher priority plans to fall further behind. We have limited number of Executive Committee members handling club tasks at this time. With the unknown number of solid commitment (either verbally or with the pre-registration) of competitors for the match, we have been struggling with this decision internally. We have done a lot of work with sponsor calls to help build MCTS relationship, prop building, stage designs, and range work which most of you have seen in preparation of this upcoming match. If you still need to discuss this matter, please email or call me at your earliest convenience. J. Michael Bresson – Vice President MCTS VicePresident@mctsclub.com www.mctsclub.com
  23. Did either of you send in your registration form? It was only less than a month away. If either of you want to discuss further, please call me at your convienence. J. Michael Bresson VicePresident@mctsclub.com www.mctsclub.com
