  1. I have called and left meassages and l also emailed a few churchs around my area but have not heard back from any of them.

    Thanks

I know that most clubs take a good part of the Summer off due to so many families going on vacation and kids going to camp.  They start up again in September.  If you haven't heard anything from those churches soon let me know, maybe I can rattle some cages.

  2. I have been a Seventh Day Adventist my entire life, my parents were Pathfinder leaders for 30 years.  I had a great experience during my time as a Pathfinder.  The clubs are co-ed and I think start at age 10.  They also have the Adventurers that I believe covers ages 5-9.  Like the Boy Scouts, Pathfinders is an excellent opportunity to get your kids off the couch.  They earn honors, go camping and do community service.  I am not sure there is a club in Columbia or not, I would start by located the SDA church in town.  I know that there are several active clubs here in the Chattanooga area.   Some smaller churches do not have them but most churches do.

pitt2magic, your link didn't take me to a product but their main page. what did you search for on their page? I can see if its similar

Sorry I was logged into my account when I copied the link so I guess you cant follow it when not logged in.  The site is www.henryschein.com, you may have to go to the medical section.  The item to search for is

    Omnifix Elastic Tape L/F 4"X10YD

Hope this works, without an account you may get some crazy price like $20 a roll, my price is $3.55 a roll.  I also live in Chattanooga so if this is what you are looking for I can order it at my price if you want.

  4. I'll try to get this back on target.  For the Chattanooga folks, Academy had PMAGS this afternoon at the service desk.  Did not see the color or gen.  They were a bit pricey at $19.99 with a 3 mag limit. Price not great but if you need them they are there for the taking.   I am not in need so I didnt buy any but it was refreshing to see mags on the shelf with absolutely no one in line trying to get them.  For a moment it seemed like things were back to normal.  They also had various .223 and .308 in stock.  No .22lr to be had though.

  5. I wonder how long it will be before HHS Secretary Sebelius throws a wrench into that process.

Exactly my question.  My wife and I have been waiting for an Obama executive order linking her DEA number/License  renewal to wether or not we take all forms of government assistance programs.  I take Medicare at my clinic but not Medicade because we would lose money on just about every patient that came in .  I fully expect as more drs. drop government programs for them to make it a requirement to accept them or your DEA # or Medical license will be revoked.

  6. My wife is a physician and I manage an urgent care clinic.  Doctors calling it quits will not get better, only worse.  Medicare is a joke and it simply is not worth all of the liability on a doctor to get paid what they reimburse.  I could go on and give tons of examples but I'll give one from just last week.  My own mother wanted to get a Shingles vaccine, a vaccine which is recommended for anyone over the age of 60.  This is not a service that I normally provide but I do have access to the vaccine.  I looked up the price from my vendor and found that it was $225 per dose.  I then checked what Medicare reimbursement was.........$17.00.  That is to purchase the drug and pay my staff to administer it.  Sorry, I dont care where you went to school, that is not good economics.
