  1. BTW, if you can, take a good close up photo of that powder and post it. Just hit me that there were photos of this other powder... If we can make sure youre is the same...
  2. It looks like one of the generic labelled powder from Europe that were hitting our market in response to the obummer crisis. They started out wanting to sell 30# kegs but had no recipes. Then they said they'd break it down to 8# jugs (they bought more than they should of and couldn't get off of it). Last I heard there was load data around for it but an FFL friend in Ohiowa (LOL) said he'd ordered 3 #8 jugs and it was turning into a hassle. I do remember the powder was from Europe but I also was thinking Spain... Just did search and found nothing on Spanish powders other than black powder. I'll keep an eye open for it, I'm sure I'll run across it again. Fact, I'll go look at some of the fora I make trouble at. High likelihood that I had this same conversation there months ago and someone found the menu book... Scallops with Tenderloin wrapped in bacon with a Bernaise sauce!
  3. Ron, gotta remember where this is. Somalia. I think catapulting TERMITES into their little wooden boat would be more fun than THERMITE! Termites would give them time to panic! LOL
  4. Wishful thinking my friends! Would make a fun cruise though, eh?
  5. This has been around for a while. Used to be on a server in Holland but the owner took it down as it got so much traffic it was costing him money. I wrote him asking for it and he gave it to me. You might get a kick out of this. http://stevespages.com/piraat.html
  6. Good suggestion! Thanks! Hadn't heard of them before. I do have a cloud acct that allows for specific access to selected directories (setup at the acct holders discretion) but haven't used it for such as a quick read when I started that acct looked like it was a pain in the patuty. BTW I do still have all the S&W files... they've just been pulled from public view. What S&W manuals are you looking for and I'll see if I have them.
  7. And on this topic, have you heard of www.nomorobo.com? Free for residential phones. I signed up and my bogus calls cut to 50% the first day. It sets up a dual ring so it rings their computer at the same time it rings your phone. On that first ring, the incoming number is checked against their database of bogus numbers and if there's a match, it drops the call.
  8. I tell the tax scammers, "give me your address and I'll be right over". They always hang up. Must not have a sense of humor...
  9. Glad you find StevesPages useful! I also hope to spend some time here, though sometimes it's spotty with the demands of my business. You know when you run your own deal you get to be marketing, design, manufacturing, legal, and even janitor! lol
  10. I suspect we'll end up in Payson, Az, about 90 miles from here and 3000 ft higher and in the pines. Went looking for property up there suitable to put my shop on, several weeks ago. It was 107 in Phoenix that day, 85 in Payson. Much better.
  11. When Steve passed, I didn't find out until 3 weeks later. He suffered coronary failure and had been aware that it was coming for a couple years. His registrar was in Sweden (domain reg had expired is why it was down) and they let me make a payment which got it back up. His host (was and still is, though I'm moving it, APlus.net) Made me go through the fires of Hades to be able to assume control and management, which is good. It should be that way with ANY ICAAN registrar. Phone calls and letters back and forth between the Valley County Sheriffs office and I, certified documents from me, back and forth so that "if" a family member ever showed up and wanted the domain, I'd step aside. It was actually the Sheriffs office how I found Steve had passed. The domain had been down several times before after being hacked and having someone plant malicious code and it was easier for Steve just to take it down and upload a fresh, clean copy. All freaking 25 GBs! When the domain went down, I started calling Steve on the phone. Figured he might be on travel or such. After 2 weeks of leaving messages and not hearing back I got nervous and called the Sheriffs office. They told me he had passed and so started the paper work to get ownership so I could ensure it didn't go down again. I now have in place, arrangements so that if something were to happen to me, Steves would continue. In the next week or two, there may be a day where the site will be unavailable when I change the registrar. I already have all the files at the new host... it's just a matter of changing the name servers and a bit for that to propagate out. Actually moving 10 domains but started with ones that aren't as important so I could get the feel of the control panel at the new host before horking something up with StevesPages. Today, the site has grown to 35 GB with additions of manuals going into the "New Manuals" section which I set up as a browsable directory as keeping up with the menu system he built just took to much time. If you have manuals that I don't have, I would certainly welcome them and post for all to use!!! Thanks for the offer!!! CD or DVD would be cheaper than a thumb drive so that's what I'd do. I'll pm you my address. Chris
  12. Howdy! Chris of StevesPages here. Cam in to resurrect your Zombie thread!! Currently in Arizona but wife and I are looking for fairer weather and haven't made up our minds yet exactly where that might be...
