To the OP, YES, they can give you a ticket in VA for window tint even though your car is tagged in TN. And, by the way, you are very lucky to have gotten a warning. The Virginia Highway Patrol, the ones that run near TN state lines , arent known for giving warnings. Trust me, I know from experience.

Hey there....thanks for the link and info! And no....i haven't competed yet...I've gotta practice a little with this new smoker....although...the first cook, everything came out perfect. And there is a small rib competition in Kingsport that I WILL enter next year....this years winner's were chewy....I had to actually GNAW the meat from the bone....

Anybody know a food service wholesaler? I need ribs and shoulders.....cheaper than wally world....

IF it was all cut up...the guy that built it says it will hold 32 butts.....there are four racks in it and they are on a rotisserie....i bought four "stack-racks" that double the capacity....i should have bought 8....the "stack racks" are only about 2 feet long..so you can get them in and out of the smoker.....

My thoughts EXACTLY....and i've actually thought about mounting a dorm frig to it....so...the kegerator would work too....

You bring the meat(the day before)...and we'll do it...

ah...well.....i smoked 2 pork tenderloins, half of a brisket and a 12# shoulder. had yeast rolls, cowboy beans, slaw, pasta salad, hashbrown casserole and banana pudding......oh......and about a case of beer:D:D

Well....it took me about an hour to unload the "truck-full" of hickory that he brought with it. And thank you...i searched a long time for this and finally found the right one.
