  1. Yea, I know what you mean. On a side note, stay away from the Mcky D's in Ootelwah. Ate there on Tuesday and was sick until Wed. night. A dog even turned his nose up ate the burger.
  2. But when you darken the door to a waffle house you know this is coming.
  3. I didn't read the whole thing, just posted it. It does appear the info on the site is incorrect.
  4. DO NOT PATRONIZE DATABASE
  5. Smith charged me 20 bucks to pout them on. I'm happy he's happy. I'd be afraid of damaging the slide for no more than it cost.
  6. Son has a drs. appt that day, can't make it but will be there in spirit
  7. Thanks, no tool, bought these used from a friend that just got them in Feb. for his duty weapon and then they changed from the 22 to the 21sf (I think) anyway all I got was the sights. Guess it's off to the the smith:rolleyes:
  8. Ok, don't laugh. I have a Glock 22 3rd gen. just bought a set of night sights for it and would like to know how to (if I am able) or should I or leave it to a proper gunsmith? Also on the subject of Glocks this one is new (had it a couple of years but never fired), does Glock use a red rust colored grease? I'm asking since when I disassembled it today there was a rusty red greasey substance on the inside.
  9. Let's try some different pictures: By tnalarmtech, shot with Canon PowerShot S2 IS at 2009-07-08 and By tnalarmtech, shot with Canon PowerShot S2 IS at 2009-07-08
  10. Well it's my wife's gun, I was just thinking about stealinig a mag.
  11. I'll let you know. I can't find time to go shoot now, and now I have another gun that I don't have time to shoot. Didn't know that, good info. Do you know if the single stack mags from a lady smith will work in this gun?
  12. You can't tell from the picture but it's a S&W model 439, 4" barrel, adjustable (looks like a tactical) site, and not a scratch on it.
  13. Dang those pictures are nasty, The gun looks 1000 times better in person.
  14. I went hunting stuff to trick out my CX-4 rifle, ended up in Skips firearms and although he had nothing for my storm he did have a couple of little jewels, 1 was a Glock 23C, very nice and was almost mine. Didn't really want a ported barrel gun but I was about to throw down on the little Glock until he came up with something else for me to drool over. He had this little baby dropped off this morning by someone wanting to sell it. Said she had just left and was coming back to get it in a few minutes, well needless to say, that ain't happening. By tnalarmtech, shot with Canon PowerShot S2 IS at 2009-07-08 and By tnalarmtech, shot with Canon PowerShot S2 IS at 2009-07-08 She was a little dirty when I got her, someone shot her and put her up dirty, what a shame, but with a little tlc and some clp cleaner she shines like a brand new penny. The best part? I got a brand new Galco holster (never seen a belt) and the whole thing was 450.00 out the door.

    Storm Comming

  16. I don't think they will allow you to run it yourself. It's a money grab thing. besides at 1700 ft you are probally gonna need an amplifyer that they have to install.
  17. Joe, The switch will be the same. single pole switch. I would replace the switch, pull the covers off all the lights and tighten/check all connections, and also check the ballasts.
  18. I'm here to tell you that if the sucker is breaking into my truck with a leg hanging out I'm gonna body block that door as hard as I can. I'm not dragin him out for a beat down, forget that crap. I will break his leg if possible with the car door and then sit there with my gun trained on him waiting for the cops. If the cops tell me 30 min. I'm gonna tell them never mind just send the meat wagon. Garantee they will be there in under 5. Those of you who have met me know I'm a big fella, that being said I can move pretty fast when necessary, however I've never felt that taking on someone bare handed when you know they at least have a electric screwdriver (or worse) in their hands to be a smart thing to do. Me I'm gonna keep the bugger in the truck intill the cops get there if I can, he wanted to be there, let him stay, but that leg hanging out of the door is gonna be messed up.

    S&W Sigma .40VE

If the trigger is still that bad then it has NOT been shot much, I got about 500 rounds through mine, the trigger will straighten up some and begin to feel better. It won't ever get "good" but will not be so spongy.

    Jobs? Anyone?

With your experiance with electrical and plumbing, I would call around to alarm companies. The plumbing won't help except you know how to crawl..
  23. And Not very good either. Sorry don't like BK's food.
