  1. Beefcake, You are promoting a felony. I would advise not following your suggestion since if caught you would loose all gun rights forever. The law states you HAVE to tell the shipper its a firearm. period.
  2. Holy thread resurrection, Batman
  3. Looks like your ammo shelf is bowed, if you take it out and screw a piece of 1by (whatever size you want, depends on how far back you want the wood to go), it will straighten the shelf.
  4. What is going on, I'm more confused than they are.
  5. I agree but I was close enough to the car to turn around, I just wanted to see the reaction.
  6. Trust me they are aware of it, I copied the post and emailed it to them. I do however agree, my M&P's have been 100% reliable and I'm not selling any of mine. I sent the info to Smith so they could address the issue, and for no other reason.
  7. I went to 1 gun show at the armory here in Athens, said no carry. Guy asked if I was, told him yes. He said can't carry loaded guns into show. So I removed mag, emptied chamber stuck mag and round into my pocket and asked, How's that? He said great, stamped my hand and told me to have a great time.
  8. I also live by the creed "what they don't know won't hurt them":p
  9. I use paypal, never a problem. I just don't buy stuff not allowed by their rules;). It's not that they are anti gun, it's their lawyers trying to cover their butts.
  10. I have heard back from noone.
  11. I sent an email to all of them.
  12. Anybody want to post links to the conf comm. emails?
  13. Now that's a good idea.
  14. Sorry about that. My bad.
  15. Appreciate that, however most of the links bring up 1 line of something. Not the law it is supposed to reference. Don't know.
  16. Any chance you post a link the stuff you carry around. I think it's a great idea.
  17. Had the chance to stop by Benton Shooters Supply and I was very disappointed to say the least. 1st. they had 4 LCP's in stock, "holding" them for someone. Told me if they were for sale it would be $400.00 +tax and tics. 2nd. They would not tell me where on their waiting list I was for my LCP (I already got mine but my son wants one). 3rd 1000 round case of Wolf 7.62, nearly 400.00:eek: The only reason I stopped was to stretch my legs for a min. I have vowed never to step foot inside of that store again. All their ammo was over priced and they even had a S&W M&P 45, all black, used, for $550.00. You have got to be kidding me. I can't believe they would try and gouge someone that bad.
  18. I'm almost sure you need to get permission to use the credit card logos in that thing.
  19. Yea when I got it I decided to test it out, not wanting to be cruel I slapped my grill with it, shattered a big side table on the grill. I got 2 things out of that, 1 the confidence that if I had to use it, it will do the job, and 2 a new grill. LOL
  20. A Kabar. Just kidding, I got a little 2 inch junk folder. My keys and monkey ball keychain is more dangerous. The way it is set up either way I have a more than deadly weapon, the ball will crack a skull, and the keys on the other end will cut flesh like a cat o nine tails.
  21. I just watched the video and the senator seems to think it goes back to the house as well.
  22. Just for the record, I don't make it a habit of OC'ing, and I do NOt carry where prohibited. Now I do NOT leave my firearm home when I go to the post office, I leave it in the truck.
  23. This is where I have a problem since the "public access" area, where you check you mail boxes there is no one working there performing anything. I can see in the customer service area but where the boxes are I feel should not fall into that law.
  24. I tried the grilled chicken from KFC, In a word.......... NASTY That stuff is bad. no flavor at all.
  25. Now let me ask you a question. You stated "no carry at the office post office". What does that mean? I'm really confused on this matter since I would have assumed (Yes I know) that you could not carry into the post "office" but would be fine checking your mail at the box since you were not actually entering the "post office". I really want to know, the "whole building" or just the business end of the building?
