Holy Thread resurrection Batman! Carry concealed and nobody knows but you. I wouldnt worry about it. Ive never seen a no carry sign posted anywhere of the hundreds of times ive been. Just obviously dont go into any of the bars.

I just went to Cheatham for the first time. A lot of fun they allow shotguns, rifles, pistols....etc.

Sad to hear. Thats right down the road from me. Good to know nobody was hurt. I guess its time to make a run to buy another shotgun for the house.

I love my 26. I started carrying mine without the extension though. Prints even less that way. Its a great pistol no question about it.

No problems with the XDs. Just IMHO there are too many little plastic parts. Call me crazy. I dont like the extra grip safety either. for polymer pistol....I drink from the well of the glocks kol-aid. He asked for an opinion...I gave mine. But we all have one

Stay away from the taurus. My roommate got one as his first gun. Had so many problems with it literally every time we went to the range. Glock. period. Id just save money a bit longer until you can get one. You wont be sorry.

No questions hands down the best carry gun. If ya wanna borrow mine to take to the range send me a PM. I almost went for the XD 9 subcompact but theres no comparison to the reliability of a Glock.

STIs are really starting to grow on me too....but Dan Wesson makes one of my favorite 1911s. great shooting pistols...I'd go for a DW over almost anything in that price range any day

I'm really picky about the fit of my pants...unfortunately I cant carry with an IWB. But I recently bought a larger size and had the rest of the pants taken in by a tailor to fit like my normal pants but has a bit more room in the waist for an IWB. Lately I care more about carrying than I do about my pants however.

Personally I hate them. Ive pretty much been strictly a 3dot guy personally.

I wish I had kept the pic of the 3" hole that was in my living room wall. Wasnt from my pistol, I was at work...but me and the roommate learned a good lesson. Also learned how to patch drywall.

The 38 Super is a great handling pistol....but I gotta say I had a 70 series commander in .45 and it shot like a dream. I'd go for a Colt in a .45....no question.

Blued finish...I loved that pistol. But my house was broken into and they stole that and my G19. Heartbroken!

That was a good day I still cant find a 19 USED for the price I got mine new. I talked to him the other day about getting me a Colt 1911...but then Brad called. haha

Couldnt agree more...Just got some night sights on my 19....best upgrade..well...the ONLY upgrade necessary.
