    I cleaned it up, ran water all over it then massaged it with a Marine Tuff Cloth, and stropped it now it is as good as new :cool:

Well I baked a great Turkey today for the family and decided to use a safe queen to carve it, my Buck 124 has been in my safe since the day I bought it and it just did a fantastic job of carving my Turkey, this is a great knife and one of my favorite fixed blades

Well I guess I shouldn't have brought a Protech that never left my side on my trip to NYC Woops!

    Believe me I know what you mean, I can not afford those knives but they sure are nice to hold and admire, I am fascinated with the jeweling and level of perfection that goes into them  

    Yes, those Godsons were $3600.00 each at the show, while I was speaking with Dave's father a lady bought 2 of them, Melted down you would get close to 2K in gold

      You have good taste for sure, that knife has 24k Gold inlaid in it, I wish I could have gotten a picture of the Godfather that was up for open bid, it was the most stunning knife I have ever seen

    That is why I passed on the SNG, I loved the knife but those reasons made my mind up

If you are ever out my way, Mt Juliet/ Lebanon area, give me a shout Dave I will let you handle my Protechs and you can see first hand why they are worth every cent

Magic customGodson Ultimate SNG Damascus Dave sent me these pictures before the show, I saw all of these besides the Magic which I wanted badly but it sold before I got there, these are some of the best looking knives that were at the show, I settled for a carbon fiber inlaid brushed stainless steel frame Magic that I plan on having Dave upgrade it eventually to a damascus blade, these are only a few of what Protech had and almost all of thes high dollar custom knives were sold before I left at 5pm yesterday

I will do these with the option of two tone blade or regular satin, they will be the same price either way     I will not have pricing for a few days, you all will have until the end of October to pay for orders but after I get final details and pricing I will collect funds from then until the deadline   Once I get all the details cleared with Protech, I will start an official thread

    The knife is too small for it, the TR4 is just right for it and the Magic is more of a gentleman's knife than a bad ass Knife to punish

Ok, I spoke with Dave today at Blade, if you all are happy with it I will do a Very cool TR4 next (Dave is as excited as I am about it) and the Godson will be early next year

I got to meet the Folks from ESEE today, they are some very good people, and they do make fine knives
