I remember going to SWAT school at FT McClellan during the Clinton-era. I couldn't believe how the recruits were acting around the DIs...and this is coming from a guy who went through USAF basic. I always heard rumors about those silly "stress cards" during that timeframe, but never had it confirmed. We're seeing this change in LE as well.
