  1. I am a revolver guy myself but I want something with a little weight to shoot.
  2. Should do just fine for her, good luck and stay safe.
  3. You should be proud, good looking cougar and great shooting.
  4. Now that is some cool looking work there, a little pricy for me but as they say "you get what you pay for".
  5. For sure, get what feels best to you and don't worry about what others say. Take me for example, I have two that I carry at different times one is a Beretta Px4 in 9mm and a Dan Wesson .357mag wheel gun, just depends on the mood I am in and what I will be doing. Both are great shooters, I feel very good with either one. What feels best to you is the way you should go, you are the one pulling the trigger, not the group giving advise.
  6. Welcome to the great state of Tennessee from the Tennessee valley.
  7. Take your business somewhere else, by law you can shoot what you want. Remind him you are the customer paying the bill.

    If you had...

+1 for the Dan Wesson, great gun
  10. Doesn't matter to me, not a huge pro fan, don't care for Titan's at all. Only pro team I follow is Green Bay, because it is owned by the people of WI. not some rich XXX that doesn't care about regular folks.

    what do you feel

I think the best would be a Dan Wesson 15-2 .357 with different barrels. You can change the barrel to a 2.5" or 4" for cc, to a 6" for the range or to a 8" with scope for hunting. I have had mine for over 30 years and love it and it will still drive a tack. They are getting ready to reintroduce the pistol in stainless this year, with the interchanging barrels I think the first half of the year.
  15. I have a couple that I change up depending on time of year and where I am going, a Beretta Px4 9mm and a 4" .357 wheel gun.
  16. For me your best bet would be a Beretta Px-4, I have one in 9mm, clips hold 17 rounds, its very accurate, easy to clean, almost no kick. You can also get it in .40 s&w and 45acp. It can be had in a compact and sub compact size. Great all around gun.
  17. If you can hit what you are shooting at, a well placed shot from a 9mm will kill you just as fast as a 45 acp. I carried a 45 acp in that little conflict we had in the 60s and it will sure put a large hole in someone but so will a 9mm hollow point. Dead is dead I don't care what you get shot with.
  18. Sure was a Merry Christmas, good looking pistol.
  19. Welcome from K town, this is a great place to hang out, can learn a lot.
  20. I have a Mini I bought new about 1977 and I would put it up against any AR or AK, it rocks and shoots super!
  21. Welcome to the forum, also from Knoxville area.
  22. Put the gun on the ground in plain sight, back well away from it, hands in plain sight or on the top of your head, open your ears and do what you are told ASAP if you want to live. Don't be crazy!
  23. Love it, that's one heck of a conversation piece. The only thing better would be a set. Years ago there was a restaurant that served ice tea in a mason jar, but not on a stem. Can't think of the name now.
  24. One in the tube and locked when outside at home, full mag, none in the tube because of grand kids. If you here the bump in the night they will also hear when you put one in the tube; maybe they will rethink and leave.
