  1. And this is in jackson, tn but looked like remington deal so i figure at all dick's. Maybe other stores too?
  2. remmy UMC buy 1 get 1 50% off@ dick's. 380 is 17 a box so. 25.5 / 100 is i think a good deal. 45 is marked up to 25 a box so not a great deal even w discounta less u like umc that much.
  3. The one i've shot is awesome. You havent lived till you dumped 100 rds in a few seconds. Boy that barrel gets toasty tho!
  4. Bumpity bump......22 tested yet??
  5. Havent seen anything along those lines lately. But i could be looking in the wrong places. Ar10's running double that of course and are plentiful. Let me know if you find 2!
  6. And since on one has mentioned this....sometimes you are bidding against the owner of the gun and he knows what its worth too! The one at the fairgrounds in jackson earlier this year was that way. Heck some guns they would even start out at like 800 and bypass the whole 50 opening bid. If it is worth 1000 and opening is 800 no way to get a deal.
  7. Lmao, i thought that was a joke till i saw post below talkin bout using a tire. Gotta love a mosin!
  8. Uhh yeah i saw the invoice on my liberty tl, i'm in business too and at those low markups we couldnlt operate and handle all the extra headache of atf paperwork. I know gunshops always say we dont make crap on "this item" but damn! Btw i can tell you kodiak keeps theirs ready to ship so availability is no problem, and they will sell to a dealer without any big setup requirements as this was my dealers first purchase from them. Decide what you want and call manufacturer to see about availability and dealer requirements yourself. Then go in and tell your dealer you are ready to buy and here's what you want. If they are still not cooperating, leave!
  9. just got in my liberty TL and demo'd it. waiting 2 months now to pickup but i shot it next to my dealers AAC prodigy. supposedly there is a slight difference but i dont think you can hear a few DB's really indoor anyways. mine is on a p22 also. with the shorter 3" barrel high velocity (cheap bulk) ammo was subsonic and quiet. on his ruger w 5" barrel some high velocity had the supersonic crack and was loud as crap. but others didnt. either way get take apart and any of the top ones an you'll be happy. nfatalk.org has some supposedly unbiased reviews an other good info, although they can get out of hand sometimes on there! good luck. also since your in bells if you wanna go by great outdoor store in jackson an look the kodiak TL and his prodigy (and could prolly try both) pm me an we could work it out i bet. but once you try one theres no turning back! bonzii34 [8] charter.net
  10. It could be argued both ways. By saying no firearms you are taking away someone else's right to bear arms and or defend theirself. Someone always loses when it comes to rights i think. Its just the 2nd amendment is kinda high up there because without it none of the others really matter.
  11. Goood question. Glad we dont have to worry about that in TN. Just realized when i go to FL i forget about the concealed part. I carry concealed anyways, but could have glock pocket from time to time.
  12. Glad to hear all this. I would have put on tin foil hat and got out the claymores if i got any calls. Now i can relax.

    Need Another AR

To call 308 cheap 6.5 must be outrageous!!
  14. And just a fyi but he is in greenbay, wi (or thereabout) but listing knoxville because he ships.
  15. Thanks for the backup!
  16. Sometimes you may not be shootin a target for accuracy but for fun. May just fire off into a bank (dirt bank!) somewhere. And i can shoot pretty fast, i'm no 3gun pro but still. Should have knew better than to ask here but i was looking for physical reviews not hypothetical or opinions wether there is a need for it. That is for me an my pocketbook to decide.
  17. Curious if anyone has or has tried or even seen the slide-fire stock that appears to be almost fully auto. http://www.slidefiresolutions.com/index.html. i know atf sortof approved an i know they can change that at anytime so i dont care to hear about what THEY may do. Unless you know for sure w inside info. Or if anyone near has one to try or for sale that'd be nice too. Thanks for any info!
  18. Update: pulled trigger on liberty TL from kodiak yesterday. Sparrow was one of my final picks but the 8month deal is a big turn off. Liberty said when transfer from them to dealer is approved (3-4 weeks) it ships. Will update how it works!
  19. after looking at liberty and reading reviews theirs seems to be one of the best right now. the Kodiak TL looks like it would fit the bill pretty good, thanks for pointing them out! also if anybody hasn't ran accross it www.nfatalk.org has reviews on suppressors and there's no membership fee! seems the kodiak beats the sparrow on their site pretty consistently even if only 5 or so db. i would doubt them not knowing who runs the site but then on 45's the liberty models are beat by silencerco (who makes sparrow) so it makes me kinda believe they are un-biased. TOO MANY CHOICES!!
  20. Does range usa not have any suppressed stuff to try or rent? Also still probably as far but great outdoor store here in jackson rent or may let you try a 22 and they have a suppressed full auto mp5 if you really want to have fun. I seem to think range had some goodies though but its been a few thousand rounds since i've been there.
  21. it has an optional green laser which identifies the target and then based on your pre-programmed tube selection picks which ammo would be the most beneficial. it picks between deadly and deadlier! sorry i just couldn't help it.
  22. crap i almost have made a decision and u point this out!! (but thanks really, it looks like it might be worth waiting for depending on the Db rating) but i wonder will it be 6 months before they're available...
  23. not to bash you, more of USPS bashing but.... sometimes you get what you pay for. i have had too many to count lost packages with post office lately to feel like i'm saving money. when priority mail takes 14 days or more (or sometimes they just flat out lose or damage stuff and then could care less) the few more bucks for ups would have been well spent. it recently took me about a month to get an important first class large envelope from jackson to nashville. they carried it from jackson to memphis to nashville and then back to me finally to tell me i owed 2 more $ for priority mail because the letter was too thin to be sent as first class?? what the hell is that about, it's not over sized or too big but it's too thin and you owe more? its about like buying gun parts, only use the real cheap stuff when it doesn't matter. but if it aint worth doin right it aint really worth doin at all.
  24. Thanks for the good info so far everbody!
  25. looking to get my first suppressor for a .22 initially to be used on a 3.4" Walther P22. Ones I've been ogling over are the YHM Mite or the Silencerco Sparrow. Want whatever I get to disassemble easy and although I doubt i'd get a full auto it would make sense for it to handle full auto just incase (never thought i'd actually buy a suppressor either!) May want to eventually attach to a 10/22 too if that makes a difference. Just wondered if anybody had personal experience or input as it's hard to find good unbiased information out there. I know the Sparrow may be in a different price range but for the little difference I'd rather do it if it's quieter and better built.
