  1. Thanks for the reply. How much to shoot an additional division? Will you run the shotguns after the pistols.
  2. Will there be a single stack division?   How much to shoot an extra division?   Thanks,   Tom
  3. Will non IDPA members still be scored so we can see where we would have qualified? Thanks,
  4. Will this match be “friendly†for new shooters? Meaning would it be a good one to attend for the inexperienced match shooter?
  5. My bad, searched and didn't find it. Yes it's silly! Oh well, back to lurking.......
  6. Wow! You can read about here: http://www.theblaze.com/stories/have-you-seen-the-first-ever-double-barrel-45-caliber-pistol-ready-to-hit-the-shelves/
  7. I watched the video, I thought the LEO said the burglar “pried open the door with his tools”. Sounds like to me the burglar pooped the door open and the older gentleman shot him through the jimmied door.
  8. Yes, Blanchard is very small and gets some support from Newcastle at times. My sister lives in Blanchard and my parents in New Castle. Typically very quite area. I'm sure my sis will let me in on any dirt there might be. Sent from my SPH-D700 using Tapatalk
  9. Mike, I'll call Noveske next week. Thanks for the input. Jon, Thank for the compliment. Yes, this is my first AR. Not my first rifle. My first rifle was a 22 single shot from Sears in 1975 and have had many since. I've added a few things like the rail covers the grips and the scope. I am a lefty so I also put an ambi mag release and bolt release. The ambi charge handle I want to try is on back order and has been for awhile. Tom
  10. Thanks Dolomite. I have been looking at the barricade support from Noveske to replace the angle. noveskerifleworks.com Tom
  11. Mike, Thanks for the link. I wanted to know what it was before I dove into it. Do you have any clue to what the engraving represents? I knew someone would make a remark about how I set it up. It's that way because its my rifle and that's the way I like it. I use the front angle when using a building post or wall and as a stop and the vertical grip as a grip. At first I was swapping them back and forth and just decided to leave both on there because the angle needs to be up more forward and the grip closer.
  12. Here are some Pics: Just for grins here is a pic of the AR:
  13. It is a two stage based on the links you posted. I can not tell if it is a drop in. I will try to get some pics up later this evening. Thanks for the help. Tom
  14. Help identifying trigger markings. I have Noveske AR15 that I purchased a couple of months ago used. I noticed when I first got it that the trigger assembly has some engrave makings on it. I figured I would run across what the marking's represented given time with me lurking on the forums. I have read a lot about triggers and have yet to come across what these markings could be. On the hammer the engraving appears to read “MP06†or it could be MPD6. The trigger is brown anodized and has a “G†on it in the molding. I believe it is a two stage trigger, but not certain because I am a newb. Thanks, Tom
  15. Thank you for the warm welcome.
  16. Howdy, I live in the Murfreesboro area. When I’m not tinkering with my guns I ride off-road bikes through the woods and run a small off-road promotion company. My wife of 22 years recently passed and her passing has brought be back to shooting to help pass the time. I shoot at On Target about three times a week. I own a Ruger GP100 and SR9C, Beretta 92FS Inox (Italian), Browning Buckmark and couple of rifles, shotguns. I have my eye on Sig 238 w/ambi safety and hopefully some day a Kimber Super Carry PRO.
