Regardless of if they are state parks or not, not sure why TWRA piers would be off-limits. If it helps...the law has changed to allow you to carry while hunting on TWRA land....so don't see any reason it would prevent it while fishing. Yes you can carry in your boat. See the letter in this post

I think your right....on both accounts probably.. As far as the suit though....let them file...see no reason for an injunction to be issued and don't see any merit in it when it is heard. But just in case....everyone enjoy dining out this weekend...

Overall indifferent I think....they have to get through all of the calendars before the get to unfinished business which is when it will come up. So don't guess it really matters which order or how they get through the calendars...
