8x57 Brass

I started using a kinetic hammer to disassemble Turkish 8x57. All I want is the bullet. If anybody loads for 8x57 and would like to have the primed brass, you can have it. It's corrosive primed and non-reloadable, but you could easily drop a powder charge and seat/crimp a bullet in them and get one shot out of them.

They are bright and shiny, and I will throw away any split necks. So far i have 50 or so, but in time i will have more like a 100.

I know many would sneer or think this is silly, but I would have no problem doing it. I WOULD do it, but for the type of loading I am doing, it's not worth my time.

If there's no interest by the time I finish pulling all 100 or so, I will snap the primers and pitch them in the scrap bucket.

If your in the nashville area or just want to pick em up i have some 8x57 surplus. Some i had worked on pulling the bullets out already. The rest are complete cartridges w\powder but had dud primers. Shot em through a 8x57 browning 1919... obviously the duds didnt fire and jammed up the belt. They be here if ya want em.

Got around 125 so far. I may have closer to 150 by the weekend. I'll pile them in a coffee can for a while, in case anyone decides they want them.
