Well it's been along time since I posted but I am about to aquire a vintage SW聽 model 15 and a Spesco. Both 38 special.聽 Spesco is in great shape. The sw however was a police issued peice and shows it's share of holster wear, it's over all in good condition but I'm wondering what some here may think is a good price to pay for them. Seller is asking 600. I'm unable to post pics. A lot has changed since I last posted and not sure how to post pics. 馃槉

Hard to say without pictures. Just about any mechanically sound Model 15 should sell in the $400-450 range even with a rough finish. A very good one could easily bring $600 these days.聽

I had to look up the Spesco as I've never heard of them. Apparently, these were made by Taurus in the 1970s. Pics I saw looked like a decent gun. But also remember that it was the early Taurus revolvers that gave the name a bad rap which took many years to overcome. If it checks out mechanically, I'd take a chance on it.聽
