Thinking of getting a new gun to replace a 38 snubby I gave my dad. I was thinking of a glock 29 SF. What do you all think?

I have a G27 (.40 cal)...abosolutely love it....very accurate and easy to carry...it is my daily carry weapon of choice. I think the 29 and 27 are about on the same platform...capacity may be a little less...check out the Glock website for dimensions, weight, etc...

I'd try several different models to see what feels the best, unless you have experience with this model already and are looking for a sub-compact 10mm.

You have a Springfield Armory avatar, they make a decent XD sub-compact, just not in 10mm

I have more than a few guns. I'm looking for a small compact to carry in the waist for camping and fishing. I don't have a 10 mm I think it would be a nice little carry gun.
