Need opinion on trade

A friend of mine is wanting to trade his heritage arms 22 lr - 22 mag 6" s/a revolver for my ruger 10/22 both guns in great shape would you do it ?

I'm thinking the value is probably pretty close with the edge going to the 1022, but you really need to think about what suits your purpose a handgun or a rifle ? If it were me I'd keep the Ruger...Just my opinion

i would also stick with the 10-22 the heritage pistols will leave you looking for quality. i would get some high cap mags for the 10-22 and keep it.

Yep, +2 here. The 10-22 offers you much more versatility.

I have two 10-22's. I also have a Ruger Single Six revolver with both mags, but don't shoot it as often as my 10-22's.
