Been in Nashville/Brentwood 10 Years - Finally saying hi on TGO

Moved to Brentwood as my “retirement destination” about 9 years ago.  Finally retired 3 Years ago.  

Spending my time shooting, fishing and visiting family located all around the country.

Have a variety of firearms.  My EDC is a frankenstein Sig p365.  Started with the P365SAS but hated the 1) tooled take down screw (so I replaced it with standard take down lever) and I hated 2) the minimal slide lock release (so I replaced it with standard take down lever) and I hated the 3) integrated sights ( so I bought an optics plate and put on a holosun 407C greendot) and I hated the small grip so (so I replaced it with Wilson Combat XL).   When I was done, I absolutely love my EDC, except it was now a bit bigger than i wanted it to be.   So I bought a standard P365 slide (non ported with, night sights).   Now I have two set ups  by just changing the FCU between the two frames, I have custom build that is one hell of a shooter, and basically (the standard P365).   If you are laughing right now, we would get along just fine!  If you are disgusted, because I did all that work on a gun that was perfectly designed for its intended purpose, well dont take yourself too seriously.  Guns for me are an amazing, fun hobby and a necessity to protect my loved ones.  Im glad I found TGO.
