bullet seating and crimping,i have put less and less crimp in it and it still does it only on a few,i just loaded 260 rounds and it happened to 40 of them, some not bad and will shoot fine but some of them are looking rough

Have you tried flaring the mouths a little more? If any part of the case mouth is under the bullet base you will not only get some buckling but you will damage the bullet. I doubt it is the crimp unless the cases are stretched on one side only and I doubt that in a 9mm.

I ran into this once on my Dillion 550. The powder charging station has loosened up and was not belling the case enough. Also had the shell plate loosen up and brass was tilting at some stations causing me to crush brass at charging station, wrinkle at bullet seating.

Plus 1 on this answer. Have had similar problems with the shell plate loosening off. Would also check the powder charging station also.

Hope this helps.
