Happy Thankgiving to All

Before I head out to my annual bacchanalia of turkey and bad football I thought I'd pass on some thanksgiving cheer to everyone on TGO. I've had a BAD couple of days, but still am thankful for so much. Thought I'd pass on some of what I am thankful for. Feel free to add on yours.

What Len is Thankful For (no particular order)

1. My brothers and sisters in arms here on TGO.

2. The fact I live in a country that allows places like TGO to exist. (So far.)

3. The fact I live in a country that allows us to keep and bear arms. (More or less.)

4. Friends and family, especially those who have stuck with me through the years.

5. That I (and all of us here) am better off than more than 90% of the people in the world.

6. Chocolate, pizza, orange juice, pasta and all my faves.

7. The love of a fine companion animal.

8. Ability to holiday shop 100% online. (No "black friday" for me.)

9. TIVO

10. Others who go in harm's way to defend us and our way of life.

11. That I have a job that I enjoy and gives me great flexibility.

12. Ability (albeit rather limited) to shoot stuff.

13. That people pay money to hear me run my mouth or read my words. (What a country!)

14. My mom's homemade stuffing.

15. That I am not even more of a sentimental old softy.
