I know times are tough and jobs arent easy to find. I want to give the good folks of the TGO the first shot. I really need a good kitchen manager in my restaurant. My current guy is leaving for the navy in September. I need a dependable employee to take this position. Pay is salary. I tried looking at the Sloopy's website, but I assume db and his drool overloaded the server. All I see is:

Sloopy's is great...its a little "hometown" burger joint where you get a REAL hamburger cooked on a commercial flat-top grill....they have great sandwiches too. And of course, good shakes and such...

Its just a real good place to eat....you get the same quality every time you order. Consistency is always there.

Good Stuff!...if you are ever in Kingsport....go by there and get a burger......you wont be disappointed...

Good luck with your search. As the owner of a couple of restaurants (Bob's Dairyland in Roan Mountain) I feel your pain in attracting and retaining the best employees. A good kitchen manager is critical!

We are a similar burger/bbq/seafood restaurant at Bob's Dairyland, so I'll give you guys a try next time in Kingsport, which will be this weekend for the Meadowview Gun Show. Seems like maybe this forum would be a great place to post gun-friendly businesses. I know I would go out of my way to patronize them.
