If i was to buy a Complete parts kit, and a Reciever; that would be everything i need to create a LEGAL firearm, correct?

Anything i would need to know about registration or serial numbers?

If you buy a finished receiver, it is considered a firearm, and already has a serial # from the manufacturer. You go about buying one the same as a complete firearm.

Yep, receivers have to go through FFL's, while parts can be shipped to your door/bought off the shelf just like any other hunk of metal or plastic. What are you planning on building?

The receiver for an AR is considered the firearm. Even stripped.

You have to have it transferred through an FFL and do your background

After you get your stripped lower, you need a parts kit, which rarely includes your buffer assembly or stock.

Once you have all of that, you still only have a complete lower, still requiring a complete upper assembly.

It says it includes trigger guard and Trunnions

It doesnt say anything about a trigger.

And i assume the reciever does not include the Trigger either.

I wonder if i can get a trigger anywhere?

Aren't PSLs basically an AK47 platform? I'm pretty positive you can pickup a standard AK trigger (Tapco, etc) and put it in. Looks like you may need the whole lower parts kit judging from the picture of the kit.
